Hire Our Village Hall

Looking to hire a space that's unlike your average meeting room? Then why not consider hiring our Village Hall?

Based in the centre of Market Harborough, this accessible space is the perfect setting for classes, workshops, book talks, rehearsal space or corporate event hire. If you’re looking for a space to host a bespoke private event out of our usual business hours - get in touch.

Availability is as follows:
Sundays - 9am - 10pm
Mondays - 9am - 10pm
Weeknights (except Thursday) 4pm - 10pm
Saturday - 4pm - 10pm

Corporate Room Hire

The Village is a hub for small businesses and entrepreneurs so we would love to see local businesses using our facilities. Whether it's for an inspiring talk or networking the room can accommodate a wide range of room setups and formats.

Hire of the room also includes:

  • Super-fast WiFi
  • Seating for up to 35 people


  • Tea, coffee and cake can be added to your booking from £3 per head.
  • Food options (stew/chilli and salad combo, plus tea/coffee or a canned soft drink) can be added to your booking from £8.50 per head.
  • We are also able to provide a staffed bar upon request.

We are based at our town centre location on St Mary's Road in Market Harborough. We are a short, five-minute walk from The Square, and an equally close distance from Market Harborough train station.

We have a limited number of car parking spaces to the front of the building but are close to three town-centre car parks, all within a three-minute walk.

The Village Hall is at ground floor level with ramp access, plus accessible toilet and baby-change facilities.
